What would the MTV Movie Awards “Best Kiss” acceptance be without theatrics from the “Twilight” crew? Last year, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart shared a dramatic almost-kiss in honor of winning in the category. This year, when Pattinson and Stewart went to the stage to accept the award, Pattinson promptly departed to honor someone who “deserved it”—Taylor Lautner.
To the sound of cheers, Pattinson ran offstage and crossed several rows of seating until he reached a laughing, blushing, Taylor Lautner who he crawled on top of and promptly (fake) kissed.
