Rajinikanth: Highest paid actor in India

Guess what is our Superstar Rajinikanth's fee for his forthcoming film Rana? 24 crores (as reported by a leading daily) plus a share from the profit, as his daughter Soundarya Ashwin is the co-producer of the film.

Meanwhile, Rajni’s son-in-law actor Dhanush has recently said that the superstar, who is presently undergoing treatment at the Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre in Singapore, is doing fine.

"Superstar has recovered, but we want him to stay in Singapore for at least a week, so that he has more privacy. He is on a normal diet, is cheerful and is spending time walking, watching films and meditating," Dhanush told reporters.
