Donald Duck 77th birthday

Donald Duck, one of the favorite Disney cartoon characters, is all set to turn 77 today.Created in 1934 by Walt Disney and Dick Lundy, the American cartoon character was originally a part of Disney's 'Fab 5' team including Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck and Pluto.
Donald, who typically wears a sailor suit with a cap and a black or red bow tie, made his debut in the Silly Symphony cartoon 'The Wise Little Hen' on June 9, 1934.
The anthropomorphic white duck with a yellow-orange bill, legs, and feet, started his career with regular appearances in most Mickey Mouse animations.
But with growing popularity, Donald began starring in solo animation pieces, the first of which was 'Don Donald' in January 9, 1937
